. calprofat. Description
Calprofat is a professional application designed to record your nutrition on a daily basis with just clicks. How much money do you build graphs. This allows users to easily and quickly track the calories, proteins and fats they eat on a daily basis. This application has a very intuitive interface that is not very different from the standard notebook and pencil.
Obesity is the result of chronic positive energy balance. The mechanisms underlying the regulation of energy homeostasis and food intake are not understood. Despite large increases in fat mass (FM), recent evidence indicates that fat-free mass (FFM) rather than FM is positively associated with intake in humans.
Track your intake of calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates. The app is designed for those who consume basically the same types of products over a significant period of life. For example, it may be that food sources do not change. These are some neighborhood supermarkets, restaurants, cafes. They just stay there and buy food there over and over again. Start by building your food database by entering calories, protein, and fat for each item you actually eat. Then, in order to make a record for a specific day in the future, just click on that item. Make separate reports that cover a period of time, as well as build graphs of how much they have eaten. Share on Facebook
