DATPROF Match will not only identify exact pairs, also records with capitals, typos, partial matches or different uses of diacritical marks are marked as a possible match. The software supports CSV, text, Excel, Access, Oracle and SQL Server. DATPROF Match features an easy to use wizard for fast deduplication. For advanced matching, users can define segments to distinguish values in different groups. For example the name Chris Johnson living in New York, will not be matched with Chris Johnson living in Cambridge. Besides segmenting, users can also choose different cleaning and matching options to gain better match results. DATPROF Match is extremely fast using multi-core CPU’s, segments and parallel processing. Besides the user version, also a component version is available for integration in CRM applications to prevent entering duplicate records as well in data warehouse application for integration purposes
