Since we haven’t all been replaced by robots in daily activities, and jobs, people are still a main resource in pretty much everything. Large groups, and organizations need to keep track of attendees, and with the help of applications like People Tech it’s easy to organize them in different groups, and add all related details.
Visually appealing, and easy to use
You get to try out the set of features in no time at all, since the setup process takes little time, and effort. Before this can be done, you need to make sure that .NET Framework is already on your computer, although modern Windows iterations come with it as a default feature.
The main window serves both as the navigation panel, and the creation board. A side panel cleverly enlists the three types of entries you can add, such as organizations, families/groups, and people. These all need to be tied together, in the sense that an individual needs to be part of a family/group, while these must be assigned to an organization.
Add organizations, groups, and people
Adding an organization is done in a separate window, with a few more info fields than the ones in plain sight. As such, you get to provide basic contact, details, email address, phone, and web page, but also a picture, which is a highlighted feature with this application.
There’s also the possibility to import already existing data from TXT lists. On the other hand, hitting the save button lets you immediately start adding a new contact, thus saving you some time. Adding groups and people is no different, but only info fields are related. You can add pictures to any of these types of entries.
Search option, and reports
To better sort out individuals, and groups, there are three more extra databases to create. Individuals can be fitted with different perks, such as talents, or activities, as well as general tags, which can be applied to all entry types.
The more details you include, the easier it is to find them in the database. To help in this regard, there’s a built-in search engine with three tabs for every item type. Entries can also be identified through the image browser, where it’s also possible to quickly change pictures.
Last but not least, exporting can be done in several ways, depending on the type of info you need. Printing is not an option, but there is the possibility to export as CSV, or generate reports based on entry details, or a summary of the entire database.
A few last words
Taking everything into consideration, we can say that People Tech is a powerful management solution which comes in handy for keeping track of different groups, regardless of the activity type. Info fields let you include any details of interest, while customization, and export options make this application worth a try overall.
